- 12 green mangoes - sliced fine or in cubes
- 750 gm brown sugar
- 5 - 6 cloves garlic - peeled
- 1 bottle vinegar
- 30 dried chillies
- 1 large piece ginger
- Put mangoes in a saucepan, cover with vinegar and
boil till soft.
- Grind the chillies, ginger and garlic and add to
