Ayam Goreng Istimewa


(Special Fried Chicken) Serves 6 - 8

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 300 gm flour
  • 4 tbsps margarine
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 4 eggs
  • half tbsp sugar
  • Oil for deep-frying

Method

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Wash and drain well.
  2. Mix together well flour, margarine, eggs, sugar and salt.
  3. Put in the chicken pieces and coat well.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan and deep-fry the chicken pieces a few at a time until golden brown.
