Ayam Goreng Istimewa
(Special Fried Chicken) Serves 6 - 8
- 1 chicken
- 300 gm flour
- 4 tbsps margarine
- 2 tsps salt
- 4 eggs
- half tbsp sugar
- Oil for deep-frying
- Cut the chicken into small pieces. Wash and drain
- Mix together well flour, margarine, eggs, sugar
- Put in the chicken pieces and coat well.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and deep-fry the chicken
pieces a few at a time until golden brown.
